This site is established and maintained by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Damascus, Syria. The embassy is accredited to the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Cyprus, and it was first opened in Damascus in the year 1950.
The main objective of this site is to provide a brief information about Indonesia ranging from the country’s geographic features, flora, fauna, people, history, government including its political and socio-economic aspects.
The homepage is one of the Embassy's efforts to promote and strengthen the relations between the governments and peoples of the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Cyprus and the Republic of Indonesia.
